Cranberry and Pistachio Nougat

Our Cranberry and Pistachio Nougat is made to a traditional recipe from the south of Italy.  It is a soft nougat packed full of pistachios and almonds, as well as cranberries and white chocolate.

Our nougat is hand made in small batches and is a very different product to the mass produced nougats you traditionally buy in a supermarket.  We are delighted that it has just won a bronze medal at this year's Royal Hobart Fine Food Show.
