Bill's Beetroot Marmalade wins Gold at the 2006 Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards and the Cranberry and Pistachio Nougat wins bronze

August is the time of year for Food Shows. These shows allow small producers such as ourselves to showcase their products. Entries are awarded points for a number of things including flavour, colour and texture. This year we entered our savoury marmalades and chutneys as well as the granolas in both the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards and the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show. Our first ever awards and we are thrilled. It has been a very hard 6 months but this is affirmation that we are doing the right thing.

We have just heard that our products have won some more awards - this time at the 2006 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.

Silver               Toasted Granola with cranberries                        
                          Red Pepper Marmalade                        
                          Yellow Pepper and Apricot Chutney with almonds and whisky                                               Spicy Tomato and Apple Chutney

Bronze             Gluten Free Granola with cranberries                        
                          Bill's Beetroot Marmalade

Bills Beetroot Marmalade wins 2nd gold

2007 was once again a successful year with both Bills Beetroot Marmalade and Red Pepper Marmalade winning gold medals at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards.
